Do I have to take the test at home?
Not at all! We’re more than happy to help you do your test. Just call or send us a message to schedule a time.
How long do the results take?
When you do an at-home lab test, you’ll be mailing your sample to the lab with the provided package and label. Once your sample arrives, the turn-around is generally two weeks.
Will I get the results directly?
Your results will be sent to us. Once we recieve them, we will contact you to go over your results and send you a copy.
How are the tests done?
Some tests use a saliva sample, some require blood. For the blood tests, it’s a small finger prick using the provided materials.
