Emily Dunkley is a Functional Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer at the Natural Wellness Corner! She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science and Nutrition from Merrimack College, North Andover, MA and her Master of Nutrition and Health Policy from Simmons University, Boston, MA. Emily has experience with a wide range of patients, from general nutrition guidance to more chronic conditions. Her approach to health and nutrition is patient-centered and holistic. She aims to help her patients feel well while still enjoying all the things that they love about life and food!

Not necessarily! While many participants may have weight loss goals, this group focuses on overall well-being, healthy habits, and improving your relationship with food. Whether your goal is weight loss, maintenance, or simply feeling better in your body, this group provides the tools and support to help you succeed.
Each session covers key topics related to healthy, realistic, and sustainable weight management. Topics include:
We look at the whole person, not just the number on the scale. That means considering how factors like stress, sleep, mindset, emotional well-being, and movement impact your health and weight. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, we help you develop a lifestyle that supports your unique needs.

Bi-weekly. Each session includes an educational presentation, group discussion, and a Q&A portion.
To get the most out of this group, we encourage you to attend all sessions. However, if you miss one, you’ll still receive any handouts or resources provided that week. Unfortunately, missed sessions are non-refundable.
The online sessions are held in our secure patient portal. In-person sessions are held inside the Natural Wellness Corner at 239 Loudon Rd. Concord, NH.
If you need to cancel your participation, you must do so at least 48 hours before the first session to receive a refund. After that, payments are non-refundable, even if you are unable to attend all sessions.
