What Makes Our Approach Different?
Most health plans just treat symptoms—leaving you stuck in a cycle of confusion, fatigue, and frustration. We do things differently.
Our integrative nutrition counseling looks at your whole body to uncover what’s out of balance. Whether it’s gut health, hormones, chronic inflammation, or stress, we work to find the root cause and build a plan that works for your life.

Getting Started
How do I book an appointment?
The best way to book an appointment is to schedule a discovery call. This allows you to see if we’re a good fit for you and to ask any questions before booking.
Do I need a referral?
We don’t require referrals, but your insurance might. When you fill out the discovery call form, there’s a section to include your insurance information. We will check before your call whether or not a referral is required. You can also call your insurance and ask if they require referrals for nutrition counseling.
How do I know which practitioner is right for me?
On the discovery call, we’ll help match you to the practitioner and approach that fits your goals, preferences, and budget.
Do you order lab tests?
For routine lab work: We’ll ask you to get routine panels through your doctor so it will be covered by insurance. If you have recent results, we’ll ask you to share those results with us through your portal.
For functional labs: If needed, we can order specialty lab tests such as gut tests, adrenal tests, and IgG tests. Your practitioner will discuss any needs for additional labs during your first appointment.
Can I bring my spouse/friend/parent to the appointment?
Yes! We actually encourage it, especially if you live together. There can be significant dietary changes, and it’s best to ensure everyone is supportive and on the same page. Additionally, bringing someone else into the process can help encourage you.
