SO WHAT’S IN IT?
L-theanine is an amino acid found abundantly in green tea. Studies show it quickly improves stress awareness and resistance.
Found naturally in the body, GABA provides a calming effect and is a primary component of the body’s stress-fighting mechanisms. Cerenity ® includes a patented, natural, non-synthetic form of GABA called PharmaGABATM. The friendly bacteria, Lactobacillus hilgardii, naturally produces it. In contrast to synthetic GABA sources, PharmaGABATM helps to promote a state of relaxation.
Inositol supports mood and mental health by helping the production of “feel-good” hormones. These hormones, serotonin and dopamine, help your mind deal with stress and balance your mood.
Taurine is an amino acid that is found abundantly in the brain and protects your nervous system.
5-HTP directly converts into the mood-regulating chemical serotonin. During challenging times, serotonin supports mood, stress, and mental health.
As a result, these ingredients work to give you the calm and peace of mind you deserve!
