SO WHAT’S IN IT?

Vitamin D3, K1 & K2 – Vitamin D, most active in the D-3 form, is also essential to maximize absorption of calcium. Vitamin K-2 promotes calcium utilization, helping to keep calcium out of arterial walls and in the muscles and bones where it belongs.*

Folate as L-methylfolate – Unlike synthetic folic acid, L-methylfolate is the active form of folate.

Active B Vitamins – Contains the ative forms of B-2, B-6 , B-12 and L-methylfolate for superior bioavailability.

Selenium – This selenium is in the amino acid form L-selenomethionine, which research indicates is better absorbed and more bioavailable compared to other forms of selenium.*

The BIG ONE ^® with Iron : recommended for women in their childbearing years, or others who require supplemental iron. This formula contains Ferrochel^® chelated iron bis-glycinate for superior absorption, tolerance and safety.

Does not contain gluten, eggs, milk, soybeans, shellfish, fish, peanuts, or tree nuts.

Recommendations: One (1) The BIG ONE capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Precautions: Pregnant or lactating women and individuals taking  medications should consult with a healthcare professional before taking any supplement. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of the reach of children. In case of an accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
