Ingredients: Amount Per Serving: 4 veg capsules contain: L-Glutamine 3400mg. Other ingredients: Vegetable Cellulose Capsule, Ascorbyl Palmitate, and Magnesium Silicate.

Directions: 1-4 capsules 3-5 times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
