It is sweetened with Stevia, which is a plant-derived non-nutritive sweetener. This means no extra added sugars OR artificial sweeteners like aspartame. It is great-tasting and comes in either Chocolate (flavored with cocoa) or Vanilla (vanilla bean). It is 100% cold filtered whey natural protein isolate, and does not contain lactose or gluten!

One of my favorite things about a high quality protein powder is it’s versatility. On busy days, all you need is a shaker bottle and about 8 oz of water (or milk or milk alternative, depending on your preference). Strawberry Shortcake

1 cup strawberries
1 tbsp nut butter
2-3 dates
1 cup milk or milk alternative
⅓ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Mocha

1 frozen banana
1 cup brewed coffee
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 cup milk or milk alternative

Peanut Butter Chocolate

1 frozen banana
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 cup milk or milk alternative

Go Green

1 frozen avocado
1 cup spinach
1 cup frozen banana
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
¼ cup frozen cauliflower florets
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup milk or milk alternative

A common misconception about protein powders is that you have to be a powerlifter or avid gym-goer in order to use them. That is not the case! Anyone can use a protein powder or shake. Some common applications for protein powders are as follows:
